It is our pleasure to invite all junior members to the 9th EADMFR Junior Meeting in Porto, Portugal, February 2–5, 2025. Our aim is to promote DentoMaxilloFacial Radiology in Europe, and to increase engagement in the academy and interest in the field of DentoMaxilloFacial Radiology among colleagues in specialist training, MSc- and PhD-studies.
Approximately 30 junior EADMFR members will have the opportunity to meet, learn, exchange experiences and to network. We believe that the Junior Meeting will provide an excellent opportunity for the participants to meet lecturers and colleagues from various countries and to share their knowledge and experiences. We also hope to create a memorable and rewarding experience for all participants.

To give as many juniors as possible the opportunity to participate, only those who did not participate in previous Junior Meetings can apply and be accepted.
A report from the meeting will be presented by two of the participants to the EADMFR members during the next ECDMFR in Romania, 2026.
All participants of the Junior Meeting are also encouraged to share their experiences of the meeting by preparing a report that they can present at their home departments.
If you are a senior member of the academy, we kindly ask you to inform your younger colleagues about the meeting and recommend them to participate in this excellent opportunity to learn and network. We hope that you and your department will support your young colleagues to take this opportunity and apply for the 9th EADMFR Junior Meeting.
Deadline
The registration deadline is: Extended Deadline: October 6, 2024. Those accepted to join the meeting will receive notification letters by October 15, 2024.
Fee
The fee is €175 for the meeting – including registration to the meeting, accommodation, coffee breaks, lunch, and social events – when sharing a hotel double room.
Those that are not willing to share the hotel room with a fellow Junior member, must pay an extra fee of €162, to cover the extra costs of a single room.
